Accompanied by a host and sommelier, you`ll embark on a walking tour of the estate`s terraces, patio, winery, and vineyards, where over 3,000 vines, specially brought from Mendoza, thrive. During this tour, you`ll learn about the history and philosophy of this remarkable project, led by renowned winemaker Alejandro Vigil , while enjoying a tasting of three carefully selected Catena Zapata wines, perfectly paired with a welcome tapas spread.

Seasonal mushroom tartare with Worcestershire and Dijon mustard emulsion, porcini powder, and lactonesa. Atlantic prawn carpaccio with olive and lemon emulsion, cancha corn, and roasted bell pepper coulis. Main Courses (choice of): Patagonian trout and citrus cappellacci in vegetable and miso consommé. Ribeye steak with crispy potatoes, panko-crusted fried egg, and jalapeño mayonnaise. Crispy eggplant with seasonal vegetables sautéed in teriyaki sauce and toasted sesame seeds.
