The1st stopof our Hop On Hop Off is located next to the Mall Parque Arauco, one of the most important shopping centers in Chile and Latin America. Opened in 1982, it was the first mall in the country that brought together large stores and entertainment. Today it combines a wide variety of gastronomy and entertainment, with diverse national and international products and stores, and a Luxury District with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, among others.

The 2nd stop will be at a beautiful Bicentennial Park located in the commune of Vitacura. It is the largest green space in this sector, which extends along the south bank of the Mapocho River. It has different landscapes along its 27 hectares. These include playgrounds, statues, sports areas, lagoons, and much more. The best way to explore is by walking along its trails and visiting its two lagoons, where black-necked swans, flamingos, herons, and fish live together.

The 3rd stop is the Santiago Cable Car, which offers the best panoramic view of the capital. We arrive at the starting station, called "Oasis Station", through the main entrance on Pedro de Valdivia. By cable car, we can enjoy the best 360-degree views of the city, as well as the imposing Andes Mountains, surrounded by nature and native Chilean species. Named Santiago's #1 attraction, the cable car takes us directly to the top of San Cristóbal Hill at the "Cumbre Station," where the statue of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception and the Bellavista Terrace are located. The tower stands out for its views of the city and the classic "Motes con huesillo," a must-see for refreshing your walk.

The 4th stop is the "Funicular," located in Parquemet, the city's green lung. The largest cable car in Santiago and Latin America, better known as "Cerro San Cristóbal." The "Funicular" was declared a "Historic Monument" in 2000, due to the value of its complex cable car system and its importance as a heritage site in Santiago. Its entrance on Pío Nono is a grand neoclassical castle designed by renowned architect Luciano Kulczewski, and the recently remodeled cars climb nearly 500 meters up the hillside to reach the summit of San Cristóbal.

It also has an intermediate station that goes to the National Zoo, and the next station is "Estación Cumbre", where we can connect to the Bellavista Terrace, the Sanctuary of the Virgin, and the cable car.

The 5th stop is the Plaza de Armas of Santiago. It is the historic heart of the capital and is considered kilometer 0. It is a captivating space that fuses colonial architecture with the vibrant energy of urban life. Surrounded by the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral and colorful buildings such as the Post Office, the Santiago City Hall, and the National History Museum. The square is a cultural meeting point where history, local crafts, and the city's lively atmosphere converge.

The 6th stop is located at Plaza de la Constitución, located in the so-called Barrio Cívico de Santiago. Around the square, we find some of the most important buildings and monuments linked to the executive branch of the Chilean State, and five statues of important national political figures: Diego Portales, Pedro Aguirre Cerda, Jorge Alessandri, Eduardo Frei Montalva, and Salvador Allende. The La Moneda Palace is the main attraction as it is the presidential seat. Next to it is the  La Moneda Cultural Center , which features various art exhibitions. Also located in the surrounding area are the Metropolitan Intendancy, the Santiago Stock Exchange, the Union Club, the University of Chile, Paseo Bulnes, and Barrio Dieciocho.

The 7th stop is Santa Lucía Hill, one of the most important landmarks since the founding of Santiago on February 12, 1541. The monumental neoclassical entrance to the hill was completed in 1902 and harmonizes around a sculpture of the god Neptune, an entire architectural complex with curved staircases, fountains, a large terrace, and a triumphal arch topped by a dome. In addition to the hill, its architecture, and the panoramic views it offers, nearby we can explore the National Library, the Paris-London neighborhood, the San Francisco Church, the Catholic University Main Building, the Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center, and the Lastarria neighborhood, full of art galleries, restaurants, bookstores, crafts, and much more.

The 8th stop is in Providencia, located in the Plaza de la Aviación. It is an extension of Balmaceda Park. Its current name is in honor of the Chilean Air Force monument erected in 1980. We also find a fountain water called Bicentenario, which is almost 70 meters long and more than 25 meters wide. The park that borders the Mapocho River, we can also stroll along Providencia Avenue, a lively tourist area, with various shops, restaurants, cafes, businesses, and bars to enjoy Santiago. Nearby is Barrio Italia, a gastronomic hotspot that stands out for its variety of restaurants serving international cuisine.

The 9th stop is the tallest building in Latin America, the Costanera Center. This 300-meter-high tower blends the modernity and entertainment, and has become one of Santiago's most important tourist spots. One of the most modern malls with hundreds of clothing, technology, sports, film, and entertainment stores, as well as a wide culinary offering. It also has a terrace and a viewing platform called Sky Costanera, which offers privileged views of the city.

The 10th stop blends modernity and gastronomy, located in the heart of the El Golf neighborhood, Las Condes. Featuring mid-20th-century architecture, it belonged to wealthy families of the time, such as the wealthy Isidora Goyenechea, the name of the main street in this neighborhood. Around this stop, we find national and international restaurants and cafes, as well as attractions and entertainment such as Plaza Perú, Las Condes Municipal Theater, and the Las Condes Interactive Museum. In the latter, you can travel through space and time through entertaining 3D audiovisual productions, an ideal experience for families to enjoy.
