The 1st stop of our Hop On Hop Off is located next to the Mall Parque Arauco, one of the most important shopping centers in Chile and Latin America. Opened in 1982, it was the first mall in the country that brought together large stores and entertainment. Today it combines a wide variety of gastronomy and entertainment, with diverse national and international products and stores, and a luxury district with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, among others. The 2nd stop will be at the beautiful Bicentennial Park, located in the commune. of Vitacura, being the largest green space in this sector, which extends along the southern bank of the Mapocho River. It has different landscapes throughout its 27 hectares, which include play areas, statues, areas for sports, lagoons and much more. The best way to explore it is by walking along its trails and visiting its two lagoons, where black-necked swans, flamingos, herons and fish live together.

The third stop is the Santiago Cable Car, which offers the best panoramic view of the capital. We arrive at the initial station, called "Oasis Station", through the main entrance of Pedro de Valdivia. With the cable car we can enjoy the best 360º views of the city, as well as the imposing Andes Mountains, surrounded by nature and native Chilean species. Named Santiago's number 1 attraction, the cable car takes us directly to the top of San Cristóbal Hill at the "Cumbre Station", where the image of the Virgin of the Immaculate Conception and the Bellavista Terrace are located, which stands out for its view of the city and the classic "Motes con huesillo", a must-see to refresh the walk.

The 4th stop is the Funicular, located in Parquemet, the largest green lung in Santiago and Latin America, better known as "Cerro San Cristóbal". The "Funicular" was declared a Historic Monument in 2000, for the value of its complex cable car system and its importance as a heritage element of Santiago. Its entrance through Pío Nono is a large neoclassical castle designed by renowned architect Luciano Kulczewski and the recently remodeled cars climb nearly 500 meters up the hillside to reach the summit of San Cristóbal. It also has an intermediate station that goes to the National Zoo, and the next one is the "Estación Cumbre", where we can connect with the Bellavista Terrace, the Sanctuary of the Virgin and with the Cable Car.

The 5th stop is the Plaza de Armas de Santiago, it is the historic heart of the capital and is considered the kilometer 0. It is a captivating space that fuses colonial architecture with the vibrant energy of urban life. Surrounded by the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral and colorful buildings such as the "Correo", the "Municipalidad de Santiago", and the "Museo de Historia Nacional". The square is a cultural meeting point where history, local crafts and the city's lively atmosphere converge.

The 6th stop is located at the Plaza de la Constitución, located in the so-called Civic District of Santiago. Around the square are some of the most important buildings and monuments linked to the executive power of the State of Chile, and five statues of important national political figures: Diego Portales, Pedro Aguirre Cerda, Jorge Alessandri, Eduardo Frei Montalva and Salvador Allende. The La Moneda Palace is the main attraction as it is the presidential seat. Next to it is the La Moneda Cultural Center which has different art exhibitions. In the surroundings of this sector there are also the Metropolitan Intendancy, the Santiago Stock Exchange, the Club de la Unión, the University of Chile, the Paseo Bulnes and the Barrio Dieciocho.

The 7th stop is the Cerro Santa Lucía, one of the most relevant points since the founding of Santiago, on February 12, 1541. The monumental neoclassical entrance to the hill was completed in 1902 and is set around a sculpture of the God Neptune, an entire architectural complex with curved staircases, pools, a large terrace and a triumphal arch topped by a dome.

In addition to the Hill, its architecture and the panoramic views it offers, we can explore the nearby Library National, Paris-London Neighborhood, San Francisco Church, Casa Central de la Universidad Católica, GAM Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center and the Lastarria Neighborhood, full of art galleries, restaurants, bookstores, handicrafts and much more.

The 8th stop is in Providencia, in Plaza de la Aviación, it is an extension of the Balmaceda Park. Its current name comes from the monument to the Chilean Air Force erected in 1980. We also find a water fountain called Bicentennial, which is almost 70 meters long and more than 25 meters wide. The park that borders the Mapocho River, we can also walk along Providencia Avenue, a lively tourist area with different shops, restaurants, cafes, shops and bars to enjoy Santiago and very close by is Barrio Italia, a gastronomic hotspot that stands out with its variety of international cuisine restaurants.

The 9th stop is the tallest building of Latin America, the Costanera Center, this 300-meter-high tower blends modernity and entertainment, and has become one of Santiago's most important tourist spots. One of the most modern malls with hundreds of clothing, technology, sports, movie and entertainment stores, and its wide culinary offering. In addition, it has a terrace and a viewpoint called Sky Costanera, which gives us privileged views of the city. The 10th stop, a mix of modernity and gastronomy, is in the heart of the El Golf neighborhood, Las Condes. With mid-20th century architecture, it belonged to wealthy families of the time, such as the wealthy Isidora Goyenechea, the name given to the main street of this neighborhood.
