TheSignature Wine Pairing Dinner – Flavors and Wines of Chile is an invitation to discover Chilean wine through a carefully designed gastronomic experience to enhance each glass.
The experience begins with achef`s trilogy of bites, accompanied by a selection of heritage wines that highlight historic grape varieties and traditional regions of Chile, such as Itata, Paredones, and Maule. Each wine is presented with a brief explanation of its origin, style, and characteristics, allowing the diner to understand and enjoy the pairing consciously. The main course offers different options—seafood, vegetarian, or intense southern flavors—each harmonized with a specially selected wine that enhances the ingredients and balances the flavors of the dish. This course of the menu reflects the country`s culinary diversity and the versatility of its wines. To close the evening, dessert is accompanied by a special glass of wine, either a fortified wine or a national vermouth, providing an elegant and memorable ending to the experience. The menu includes still or sparkling water and espresso coffee, and takes place in a restaurant. A wine bar with a specialized shop where guests can purchase the wines tasted during dinner. All explanations and presentations of the menu and wines are given in both Spanish and English, making this experience an excellent option for both national and international guests. ¡Increíble experiencia! Si te gusta la buena comida y el vino, tenés que hacer esta cena maridaje. La atención fue súper cálida y cada plato estuvo mejor que el anterior. Aprendí mucho sobre los vinos de Chile y los sabores locales. Realmente vale la pena y tenés una noche diferente en Santiago. Ideal para ir en pareja o con amigos. ¡Recomendadísimo!

The guide explained the flavors and regions in an easygoing, fun way. Gente, eu nunca tinha feito um jantar de harmonização assim antes e foi incrível! Os sabores e vinhos chilenos realmente me surpreenderam, tudo explicado por profissionais super simpáticos. Me senti em casa e ainda aprendi muito sobre vinhos. Valeu cada centavo, recomendo para quem quer viver uma noite diferente em Santiago e comer super bem. Ah, o ambiente também era super aconchegante. Não deixem de experimentar, é experiência única mesmo!
Wow, das war echt ein unvergesslicher Abend! Das Essen war super lecker, jedes Gericht raffinert zubereitet und die passenden chilenischen Weine dazu waren ein echter Genuss. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und trotzdem elegant. Unser Guide hat megasympathisch alles erklärt – vieles wusste ich über die Weine echt nicht! Ich hab richtig viel über die chilenische Küche gelernt und würde die Tour jedem empfehlen, der gutes Essen und Weine mag. Absolut top Erlebnis in Santiago!
Franchement, cette expérience avec Tangol Tours à Santiago, c’était un vrai régal ! Entre les plats typiques revisités et les vins chiliens de ouf, j’ai passé une soirée géniale. Le chef était super sympa et expliquait chaque accord mets & vins, donc même si t’y connais rien en vin, tu t’éclates. En plus, l’ambiance était décontractée, on a bien rigolé avec les autres participants. Clairement, si tu veux découvrir la saveur chilienne sans te prendre la tête, c’est le top ! J’y retournerais sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Santiago.
