About this tour
The activity starts at 6:00 pm and includes round-trip transportation from a meeting point near your accommodation, which will be assigned upon confirmation of your reservation. Before heading out on the water, the instructor will give you a complete introduction to paddling technique, posture, and balance on the board , necessary for you to feel confident on the water, regardless of whether it's your first time paddleboarding .
Once in the water, the instructor assesses your skill level and the sea conditions to determine whether you'll complete the tour alone on your board or with another participant. Professional guidance is provided throughout the hour and a half activity, with personalized attention and a focus on ensuring you enjoy the experience at your own pace.
During the tour, you'll sail across San Andrés Bay as the sky changes color at sunset. Under favorable conditions—dark nights and moving water—it's possible to spot bioluminescent plankton , a natural phenomenon in which these microorganisms emit a bluish light upon contact with water, turning each paddle stroke into a unique spectacle. Its appearance depends on environmental factors such as the lunar phase and sea conditions.
An experience that combines sport, nature, and the magic of the Caribbean at its most special time. At the end of the tour, the boat will return to the dock where your transfer will be waiting to take you back to the initial meeting point.
