About this tour

The activity begins in the morning with the pick up from your hotel in Puerto Madryn.

We`ll leave towards El Desempeño, which is the entry control post to Península Valdés. Here we will pay the deposit to the reserve. 

Then, we will continue and on the way we will visit the Carlos Ameghino Isthmus. It is the "Gateway" to Península Valdés. There we will enter the Interpretation Center, inside we will obtain valuable information and we will even be able to see the skeleton of a whale.

From its viewpoint we will have the possibility of observing both gulfs at the same time, the characteristics geographical areas of the peninsula and the wonderful Isla de los Pájaros.

From the beginning to the end of the excursion we will be accompanied by a professional guide who will provide us with all the important information and data for  share a day with native animals up close while still protecting their habitat.

It is the guide who will decide if the vigil will be held in Punta Norte or Caleta Valdés. Although it is possible to see Orcas in the Valdés Peninsula all year round, high tide and the least possible wind are the best conditions to see the local fauna.

After finishing the wonderful sighting, we will begin the return to your hotel in Puerto Madryn.
