The wine day hit a couple of bodegas and an olive oil spot; generous pours, super friendly staff, and I learned Malbec basics without any snobbery. The high-mountain ride along Route 7 delivered huge Andes views, Potrerillos, Uspallata, and an Aconcagua lookout. Guides spoke clear English and kept it fun.
