About this tour

In the morning, a private vehicle will pick you up at your hotel to start the activity. 

This tour of Mendoza covers the main sites of the City. First you will observe the tree-lined streets and irrigation canals that connect us to ancient times from Mendoza.To understand the history of the place, we will visit the founding area and the Franciscan ruins. In addition, we will go to the main square called Independencia and the four smaller ones that surround it: Plaza Italia, Plaza España, Plaza San Martin and Plaza Chile.Each one has its own style which deserves a visit to each of them. 

Walking around the city you will get to know the way of life of the Mendoza people and the most representative buildings. Then, we will go to the Central Market where we can taste local products.

Continuing with the tour, we will go to the residential area and finally to the San Martín Historical Park. This Park is emblematic for its artistic portal and its famous fountain. In addition, the lake is very present in the lives of all the locals.

The Mendoza city tour continues to the Cerro de la Gloria crowned by the imposing Monument to the Andean Army headed by the figure of General San Martín and his liberating army across the Andes.

On the way back, we will pass through Avarístides avenue to feel its lively atmosphere of bars and restaurants.

After about 4 hours, we will return to your hotel.
