The menu begins with a welcome reception and continues with a choice of main course: either a braised pork shoulder sandwich or a roasted vegetable sandwich , both served on artisanal focaccia and accompanied by rustic potatoes. To finish, you can enjoy pears poached in Malbec with vanilla ice cream and artisanal caramelized nuts.
The experience includes a glass of wine from the UNO line, carefully selected to accompany the menu.

A three-step proposal that invites you to discover the gastronomic identity of Mendoza through traditional recipes reinterpreted with a contemporary perspective.
The tour begins with a delicate Mendocino pastry made with hand-cut beef, followed by a choice of main course : braised pork shoulder with creamy kabutia and seasonal vegetables , or ricotta and three-cheese tortellini with spinach cream and filetto sauce .
Finally, the dessert combines cocoa pastry cream, wine ice cream and meringue crisp, accompanied by an Antigal sparkling wine that completes a gastronomic experience designed to highlight the flavors of the region.

Absolute highlight of my Mendoza trip. Tangol handled everything smoothly - easy pickup, friendly guide, zero rush. Antigal is stunning: modern winery with historic soul and Andes views for days. We toured the vineyards and sleek cellar, learned a ton without it feeling like class. Lunch was the star: seasonal courses, perfectly paced, and paired with standout Malbec and a fresh white. Portions were generous without being heavy, and they happily accommodated a veggie at our table. I left with a bottle and a huge grin. If you love wine and chill vibes, book it.

Die Führung durch die Kellerei war spannend, modern trifft Geschichte. Das Mittagessen war der Knaller: mehrere Gänge, perfekt mit Malbec und Co. gepaart. Geschmacklich top, Portionen fair, Aussicht auf die Anden on point. Service warmherzig, ehrlich interessiert. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut. Wenn du Mendoza besuchst und Wein liebst: go for it – gemütlich, lecker, keine Touri-Massenabfertigung. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
