Für unsere Jubiläumsreise mit meiner Freundin war The Palace Flat ein Volltreffer. Der Check-in dauerte kaum fünf Minuten, beim Check-out war alles ebenso unkompliziert. Morgens gab es warmes Käsebrot, frisches Obst und richtig guten Kaffee; abends probierten wir im Restaurant das cremige Risotto mit Pilzen. Die Lage in Indianópolis war angenehm ruhig. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!
On a passé une super fin de vacances d’été au The Palace Flat, en couple pour notre lune de miel. Dès l’arrivée, Lucas à la réception nous a accueillis avec un grand sourire et nous a proposé de garder nos valises pendant qu’il préparait la chambre. Le check-in a pris à peine cinq minutes, avec toutes les explications utiles, sans paperasse interminable. Le personnel a même réservé un taxi matinal pour l’aéroport et laissé deux bouteilles d’eau dans notre chambre. Au départ, le check-out fut tout aussi rapide et chaleureux. On s’est sentis vraiment chouchoutés, et l’emplacement à Indianópolis était pratique pour explorer São Paulo.
