Vulkanfarben, herzlicher Service und ein Frühstück vor dem Ausflug

Nach mehreren Nächten im Rahmen meiner Tangol-Tour war das Poblado Kimal eine richtig angenehme Überraschung. Mein Zimmer blickte direkt auf den Innenhof und die trockenen Vulkanhügel dahinter – morgens färbte die Sonne alles orange, während ich mit meinem Kaffee auf dem Balkon saß. Der persönliche Service machte den Unterschied: Rezeptionistin Camila packte mir um fünf Uhr sogar ein kleines Frühstück mit Banane und warmem Brot, weil ich zum Ausflug musste. Das Team war herzlich, aufmerksam und nie aufdringlich. Einziger Minuspunkt: WLAN war im Zimmer eher ein Wüstenphänomen. Trotzdem: sehr gern wieder!

Une pause familiale douce, avec un personnel vraiment aux petits soins

Après une année de travail, on a vraiment apprécié cette pause en famille au Poblado Kimal. L’équipe nous a accueillis avec une patience rare, surtout avec nos deux enfants : on nous a même préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter à 5h45 avant une excursion. La chambre familiale était simple mais propre, avec une terrasse agréable pour regarder le ciel le soir. Le personnel connaissait déjà les prénoms des enfants, détail adorable. Le tarif nous a paru très juste pour l’emplacement et l’attention reçue.
