Wir waren übers Wochenende hier und hätten mitten in Quito nicht mit so viel Ruhe gerechnet: Hinter den dicken Türen hört man von der Foch kaum etwas, nachts war es mucksmäuschenstill. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber richtig gut – frisches Brot, Eier nach Wunsch und selbstgemachte Maracuyá-Marmelade. Auch das Abendessen im Haus, besonders die Linsensuppe, hat uns überrascht.
Pour notre premier voyage international à deux, le Boutique Plaza Foch nous a vraiment surpris. Malgré l’animation de Mariscal Foch, notre chambre côté cour restait parfaitement silencieuse, même le samedi soir. L’équipe s’est montrée adorable et attentive : à notre arrivée tardive, on nous a préparé une tisane au cedrón et expliqué tranquillement les environs. La literie était confortable, la propreté irréprochable, et le petit patio intérieur, avec ses plantes, nous servait de refuge après les balades. On s’y est sentis accueillis, pas traités comme de simples clients.
