A equipe foi superatenciosa: o rapaz da recepção até conseguiu um adaptador para o celular e sempre perguntava se precisávamos de algo. Do quarto, a vista das montanhas era linda, especialmente no fim da tarde, quando a neblina cobria os pinheiros. O café da manhã chegou quentinho, com pão de queijo fresquinho. Después de unos días de trabajo, pasar el fin de semana en el Nascentes da Serra fue un acierto. La relación precio-calidad me pareció muy buena: habitación limpia, cama cómoda y desayuno sencillo pero completo. Lo que más disfruté fue la tranquilidad; apenas se escuchaban pájaros por la mañana. Incluso dejaron guardar mi valija sin costo hasta la tarde. Para descansar sin gastar de más, excelente.
After wrapping up a business trip, our family’s first international adventure at Hotel Nascentes da Serra turned out wonderfully. The staff were genuinely kind—our daughter got a little welcome chocolate, and the receptionist even marked a walking route to the park and nearby restaurants. The location is fantastic for exploring on foot: we reached cafés, shops, and the central area without constantly calling a taxi. After long days, coming back to such warm smiles felt perfect. Would happily stay here again.
