Unser Zimmer im Agua del Corral in der Amigorena 36 hatte einen schönen Blick über die Dächer bis zu den Anden; morgens sahen wir sogar rosafarbene Gipfel. Das Frühstück war unser Highlight: frisches Brot, hausgemachte Marmeladen, warme Medialunas und richtig guter Kaffee. Auch abends haben wir im Restaurant hervorragend gegessen, besonders die zarten Kürbisgnocchi.
Après une année de boulot intense, j’ai adoré cette pause à l’Agua del Corral. Situé au 36, Amigorena, l’hôtel permet de découvrir Mendoza à pied : Plaza Independencia, marchés et restaurants sont tout proches. Le personnel est adorable ; Sofía m’a même préparé un café maté avant mon départ matinal en excursion. Le spa m’a fait un bien fou après les randonnées.
