Pasamos un fin de semana precioso con mi hija adolescente. El personal fue muy atento, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; hasta nos dejaron una infusión de hierbas en la habitación al volver de una excursión. El hotel es realmente silencioso, incluso de mañana, y se descansa bárbaro. Nos fuimos agradecidas y renovadas.
Staying at WAKE BIOHOTEL with our two young kids during the low season made Medellín feel wonderfully easy. Breakfast was the highlight: fresh arepas, eggs cooked to order, tropical fruit, excellent coffee, and a small rotating pastry selection; our picky eater happily tried the passion-fruit yogurt. Dinner was equally thoughtful, with flavorful local ingredients and good vegetarian options. The staff were genuinely warm without being overbearing. On our second morning, Camilo remembered our daughter’s allergy and brought her a separate fruit plate before we asked. The quiet, leafy setting helped everyone recharge after sightseeing. We left rested, well-fed, and very grateful.
Entre reuniões e meu aniversário, aproveitei Medellín do melhor jeito. A vista do quarto pegava as montanhas e o pôr do sol — parecia cartão-postal, sem filtro. Tudo estava impecável: lençóis macios, banho ótimo e até encontraram meu carregador enrolado na mesa. O quarto era silencioso e confortável; dormi como pedra depois do bolo. Voltaria fácil.
