A Peaceful Airport Stay With Surprisingly Good Peruvian Food

After a year of nonstop work, my friend and I finally exhaled here. Inkahuset Airport is wonderfully quiet—no traffic symphony, just birds and the occasional plane far away. Breakfast was a treat: warm bread, scrambled eggs, papaya, and excellent coffee. We even tried the house ají de gallina at dinner; surprisingly comforting and delicious.
