Hotel Peruvians House is an accommodation establishment located in Lima, Peru, a dynamic capital known for its historic heritage, Pacific coastline and celebrated culinary scene. Publicly verifiable information about the property’s exact hotel category, facilities and room inventory is limited, so the accommodation is presented with a clear and accurate profile rather than unconfirmed claims. Its main value lies in offering a base for discovering Lima and its diverse urban environments. Hotel Peruvians House is an accommodation option in Lima, Peru. The available public information does not verify whether the property operates as a conventional hotel, guesthouse, hostel or another type of lodging. Its exact address, neighbourhood and distance from the principal points of interest are also not available. For that reason, the property is best described as a Lima-based accommodation without assigning characteristics that cannot be confirmed.

Lima offers a broad setting for visitors. The Historic Centre presents colonial buildings, churches, plazas and museums, while districts such as Miraflores and Barranco are associated with coastal scenery, cultural spaces, restaurants and contemporary urban life. San Isidro adds business facilities, green areas and an established gastronomic profile. These districts are part of the city’s wider visitor landscape; proximity from Hotel Peruvians House to any specific attraction remains unavailable.

The property’s architectural style, interior design and atmosphere have not been verified through reliable public information. No confirmed details are available regarding standard, superior, family or suite categories, nor about bed configurations, views, accessibility features or in-room equipment. Room descriptions should therefore remain subject to direct confirmation. This approach supports an accurate hotel listing while avoiding assumptions about the accommodation experience.

Information about on-site gastronomy is also not available. There is no verified record of a restaurant, café, bar, breakfast service, room service or particular culinary concept. Lima itself is an important food destination, with traditional Peruvian cuisine, seafood, international restaurants and modern dining venues across the metropolitan area. Any dining options connected specifically with the property require confirmation.

Wellness and leisure facilities, including a pool, gym, spa, terrace or recreational areas, have not been publicly confirmed. Likewise, business amenities such as meeting rooms, coworking areas or event spaces remain unavailable. The accommodation may interest couples, families, independent travellers or business guests looking for a base in Lima, but its suitability for each profile depends on facilities and room arrangements that are not documented. Hotel Peruvians House is therefore presented as a location-focused lodging option with a transparent information profile.

Desayunos ricos y descanso tranquilo

A peaceful Lima stay with sweeping views, soft mornings, and the perfect anniversary atmosphere

We loved our anniversary stay at Hotel Peruvians House in Pasaje Andra S Avelino Caceres. Our room looked out over Lima’s rooftops, and at sunset the sky turned a lovely dusty pink—perfect with a glass of pisco. What surprised us most was the silence: no traffic roar, just an occasional bird and the soft click of the courtyard gate. We even slept with the window cracked open. Cozy, calm, and genuinely relaxing after busy sightseeing days.
