This is the only hotel in Peru that is located in the middle of a vineyard in the Ica Valley, where vines are cultivated for the production of wines and piscos. The hotel was built since 2009 in the form of a Republican-style Hacienda.
The stay at the hotel includes activities such as: Visit to the vineyards, on foot to the viewpoint with tasting of sparkling wines, and wine tasting and guided by the pisco sommelier.
