Ficamos na Vivares durante algumas noites do nosso tour por Gramado e foi uma delícia. O check-in levou menos de cinco minutos, com tudo já separado para nós, e o check-out foi igualmente rápido, sem fila nem papelada. A pousada é muito silenciosa: dormimos com a janela entreaberta e só ouvimos chuva leve no telhado. O quarto era confortável e impecável. Depois dos passeios, o silêncio foi perfeito para descansar.
Nos encantó quedarnos en VIVARES durante el verano. El personal fue súper atento: al llegar nos recibieron con café y, cuando preguntamos por una farmacia, nos acompañaron hasta la esquina. La habitación estaba impecable y tenía una vista preciosa de los tejados y las luces de Gramado; desde el balcón incluso vimos neblina bajando entre los pinos al amanecer. Todo se sintió cálido y muy cuidado.
