The staff were genuinely kind—one receptionist even helped me arrange a small birthday surprise and remembered her favorite cake flavor the next morning. Comfortable, central, and welcoming.

No quarto, a janela dava para as araucárias e os telhados de Gramado; de manhã, a neblina subindo parecia cenário de filme. O café da manhã foi um achado: pão de queijo quentinho, bolo de milho e ovos mexidos feitos na hora. Também jantamos ali: o risoto de pinhão veio cremoso e bem servido. Atendimento simpático, cama confortável e localização ótima para fazer tudo a pé. Saímos descansados e ligeiramente viciados em bolo de milho.
