Für unsere Flitterwochen war die Pousada Engenho ein praktischer Ausgangspunkt: Die Cataratas und der Parque das Aves waren mit dem Taxi schnell erreichbar, auch die Grenze nach Argentinien lag bequem in der Nähe. Das Frühstück überraschte uns mit warmem pão de queijo, frischem Obst und starkem Kaffee. Abends fanden wir regionale Gerichte – perfekt nach einem heißen Besichtigungstag. Nur die Mücken feierten mit.
Pour notre voyage d’anniversaire, cette pousada nous a vraiment fait du bien. Le personnel, adorable, nous a préparé un petit café à emporter avant les chutes et a même laissé une note avec les horaires de bus. La nuit, c’était incroyablement calme, juste quelques oiseaux au matin. Chambre simple mais impeccable : parfait pour déconnecter après une journée à Foz.
