In the Argentinian Patagonia, Aguas Arriba Lodge is located by the Lago del Desierto, 37 km from El Chalten, the national capital of trekking. An exclusive and secluded place with total privacy for it's guests. On the East shore of the Lake, rests this charming place, were you can enjoy majestic views of the lake, the north face of Mt. Fitz Roy, Mt. Torre and the Vespignani Glacier.
You will be able to relax in our house, a warm and rustic place in the heart of the majestic Patagonian Andes. Trails that haven't been explored, rivers, glaciers, forest and lakes. An ideal place to start a variety of hikes, fly fishing trips, to harmonize with nature, relax, meditate, read and many other activities
Hotel services
It is accessed by boat after 15 minutes of navigation bordering the east bank of the Lago del Desierto or following a natural path, in a minimum route of 3: 00h., finding stone beaches and accessing steep hills with panoramic views . Living contemplative and culinary experiences, exploring little frequented paths, even reaching a border landmark, navigating the lake reaching dreamed beaches, enjoying good casting, is part of the proposal.
The lodge has 5 rooms with private bathroom. Heating is through adjustable radiators, which provide a warm and stable temperature. The amenities are made with organic products, so that guests collaborate with the care of the environment. Being in a remote place, the Lodge has its own renewable energy systems.
Includes :
o Accommodation with breakfast .
o Lunch, snack, dinner. Drinks without alcohol. Table of cold cuts, sandwiches, cakes.
o Foods at check out to enjoy during the transfer.
o Foods, picnic at lunches of the full day trips.
o Lake transfers in/out at pre-set times from Punta Sur Lago del Desierto (15 minutes of navigation along the eastern shore of the Lake). Transfers to visit the surroundings.
o Trekking activities accompanied by our guides, programmed by Aguas Arriba in coordination with the guests according to the options that are defined daily, based on difficulty, time and preferences.
