Foi nossa primeira viagem internacional em família, e a equipe da Feelathome Casa Bertrand tornou tudo mais tranquilo. O pessoal recebeu a gente com muita simpatia, explicou o bairro e até guardou nossas malas depois do checkout. Do quarto, víamos os telhados do Eixample e, no fim da tarde, a luz dourava a Sagrada Família ao longe. Saímos encantados.
Nos alojamos en temporada baja, durante un viaje familiar, y la pasamos genial. Lo que más agradecimos fue la tranquilidad: aunque está en una zona céntrica, dentro de la habitación casi no se escuchaba nada, ni tránsito ni otros huéspedes. Dormimos profundamente. El check-in fue rapidísimo; llegamos antes de lo previsto y en recepción ya tenían nuestras llaves listas en un sobre, con indicaciones claras. Para el check-out dejamos la tarjeta en una cajita y salimos en menos de cinco minutos. Muy cómodo y bien organizado para disfrutar Barcelona.
We stayed at Feelathome Casa Bertrand after a very busy year, and the quiet was exactly what our family needed. Even with Barcelona right outside, our room on C Consell de Cent was peaceful at night—no street noise, just the occasional soft hallway sound. Breakfast was a real highlight: warm croissants, fresh fruit, good coffee, and a small tortilla española that our kids kept asking for. The location made dinners easy too, with several relaxed restaurants nearby. We left rested and genuinely happy.
