Ficamos no Black Swan Hostel durante nossa viagem de aniversário com as crianças e foi uma surpresa ótima. O quarto estava realmente limpo, com camas confortáveis e toalhas cheirosas; dormimos muito bem. A equipe foi super gentil: até esquentaram a mamadeira do nosso filho e indicaram uma padaria tranquila ali perto. Saímos felizes!
Nos fuimos de escapada de finde y nos sorprendió lo tranquilo que se duerme en Black Swan Hostel, pese a estar en Ali Bei. La habitación quedó silenciosa toda la noche; ni pasillos ni portazos molestaron. El personal fue súper amable: Marina nos guardó las mochilas y hasta nos marcó en un mapa dónde comer tarde sin caer en trampas turísticas. Todo limpio, práctico y con buen humor. Volvimos descansados y con ganas de repetir.
Black Swan Hostel was a lovely surprise for our honeymoon and our first international trip as a family. The breakfast was the real highlight: fresh bread, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and surprisingly good tortilla slices, with coffee refilled whenever we asked. We often lingered at the long table planning our day over the last croissant. The staff made everything easy; Marta at reception drew us a little map to a nearby tapas bar and even called ahead when it started raining. Everyone was warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping. Ali Bei is also wonderfully central.
