About this tour
We will start the pick up service at our offices in the El Chaltén Center or Terminal from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Otherwise, you can arrive in your own vehicle and leave it on the premises. The check-in process can be done online from your cell phone before arriving at the accommodation.
Upon arriving at Route 23 in El Chaltén, we will begin to observe the Eco Tourist Complex which has different Solar energy domes with heating services, living room, fireplace, private bathroom, amenities, bed linen, Bar, Restaurant, Garden, Solarium services, as well as massages for an additional cost.
The location of the Eco Domes is exceptional, with more than 3 hectares that allow experience an unparalleled stay with different activities to have fun such as hiking or trekking, through the private trail to Laguna de los Tres.
During this experience you will have included full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Dome for 2 people has an entrance hall, beautiful salamanders that perfectly decorate the room, heating and a private bathroom with an excellent panoramic view of Cerro Fitz Roy.
At 9:00 the next morning, we will go to see the surroundings of the Laguna de los Tres on our self-guided trekking day, appreciating the great attractions that the Cerro Fitz Roy has to offer us. We will leave from the same location of the complex through a private trail without a slope and as we advance, the journey will gain height until reaching 400 meters of unevenness. The total route is 20kms with approximately 7 hours duration.
In the middle of a rocky path we will perceive the immensity of nature, being able to appreciate the traditional bird "Magellanic Woodpecker". After 6km of travel we will find a spectacular view of the Piedras Blancas, there you can observe and photograph the impressive Glaciers of the National Park of the same name.
Continuing along the trails until reaching the Poincenot Camp, and from there we will advance to the Laguna de los tres that dazzles with its magical beauty of turquoise colors and at the bottom of it, you can perfectly appreciate the Peaks of Cerro Fitz Roy.
We will stop for lunch and enjoy the beautiful scenery around us, then begin our return journey along the same path to the resort. We will continue to live this Glamping experience in our corresponding Dome and its surroundings, until we check out on the selected day at the resort.
