Experience an authentic gaucho experience in El Calafate with our Horseback Riding Experience, an ideal excursion for those seeking adventure and contact with Patagonian nature.
On horseback, you will explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Estancia 25 de Mayo Nature Reserve, combining history, tradition, and natural beauty.

The journey begins at the The historic center of the ranch, where you will receive a technical briefing and the complete equipment (helmet and gaiters). Then we will begin the horseback ride through the Calafate Stream Canyon, crossing streams and geological formations that reveal millions of years of history.

As we gain altitude, we will enjoy the serenity of the canyon and unique panoramic views of the steppe.

After an hour and a half`s journey, we`ll arrive at the Arroyo Cave, where our gaucho hosts will welcome us with a traditional country lunch (see menu) and a wine toast to conclude this unforgettable experience.

A perfect opportunity to experience Patagonian rural life, connect with its natural landscapes, and discover its authenticity of El Calafate from a different perspective.
