The Colomé farm is located in the magical corner of the Calchaquí Valleys precisely in Cafayate, Salta province. The estancia has a boutique hotel, surrounded by mountains at 2300 meters above sea level and vineyards, which give rise to its wines.
The hotel boutique has nine spacious and comfortable luxury suite rooms, each of them has a private balcony from where you will have the possibility to enjoy impressive views of the beautiful landscape of Cafayate.
The Colomé stay is a unique space for those who prefer to relax, unwind and enjoy the silence, starry skies and extraordinary sunsets. In addition, you can take advantage of its swimming pool surrounded by lavender gardens, its reading room and its small gym.

About this tour
Choose the program that suits your tastes and had an unforgettable experience at Estancia Colomé.
* HALF BOARD PROGRAM:
This program has a three-step dinner of your choice. It also includes a glass of wine, a non-alcoholic drink and coffee or tea per person.
* FULL BOARD PROGRAM:
This program differs in that it includes lunch and dinner in three steps of your choice. Includes a glass of wine, a non-alcoholic drink and coffee or infusion per person in each service.
All programs include:
- 2 nights accommodation in a Master Suite or Junior Suite room. All have a balcony to appreciate the spectacular views of the vineyards and mountains.
- Buffet Breakfast.
- Visits to the James Turrell museum.
- Welcome drink and Aperitif at Gaucho Bar.
- Visit to the Colomé winery with classic tasting of Torrontés, Estate and Authentic wines.
- Exclusive use of Its facilities: Swimming pool, bocce court, tennis court (rackets and balls are provided), Yoga room, library, ping pong table and a pool table.
- Hikes: In the ranch there are different self-guided trails identified by color (yellow, blue, orange/red and turquoise/green so that we can discover the old winery.
* Blue Trail: It has a route of at least one hour and fifteen through old and new vineyards, with spectacular viewpoints towards the Ne ford of Cachi. It is an ideal trail for jogging with a medium difficulty.
* Yellow Trail: It is a route of at least 2 hours through vineyards planted in 2002 and with a viewpoint located at the top of a small hill. It is an ideal trail to watch the sunset with a low difficulty.
* Orange/Red Trail: An hour and a half to two hours in the direction of the town of Colomé. Through this path we will know the Church founded by Donald amp; Ursula Hess. It has a viewpoint on the hill in front of the school from where you can see the old dam and a large part of the town. It has a medium difficulty.
* Turquoise/green trail: It lasts between 2 to 3 hours. We will be guided by the Colomé river to the waterfall. It is an ideal path to take and have a picnic, where we will visit the water dams and the Organic Garden.
For an additional price we can ride through Colomé vineyards and enjoy a unique landscape around the Calchaquí Valleys. It is a one-hour tour, where we will pass through old and new vineyards, hills, aspen forests and visit the James Turrell museum.
