Excellent tour. Very accommodating to our schedule (this is the only company willing to work on a national holiday). Our guide was friendly, punctual, fluent in English, and was very knowledgeable about the country, so was a great guide. We did a 1 week itinerary with an Andes tour and a wine tour - both outstanding, and a trekking day in bariloche. I worked with their staff to create the perfect itinerary. When we encountered rain on our Andes tour (not their fault!), they offered to build in some additional activities the following day prior to our flight, free of charge. GREAT company, very reliable -- we even had an itinerary and little treats waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived in Mendoza! Excellent experience!! If you want a premium package in order to enjoy 100% of your time there you should contact them. Thanks again and again.
We knew we wanted to do a private trip and selected Tangol Tours based on their Trip Advisor reviews and I am so glad that we did. From the first interaction with Natalia to the end of our two wonderful weeks in Buenos Aire, Bariloche and Mendoza, we received exceptional service from them. The planning phase was easy and responses were always quick. Nati provided great advice on how we should spend our time in each destination and was really flexible. Upon arriving in buenos aires we were very impressed with the little touches – a welcome pack dropped off to our accommodation and a lovely guide for the city given by our first guide Nico, our driver, was knowledgeable and passionate about Argentina, tango and soccer. His English was good. Now that I have been, I couldn’t imagine travelling to the wine region, to the andes and to argentina any other way. I wasn’t sure as to how competitive the pricing was when I booked but looking back now I am happy with how we spent our time and money – it was an unforgettable holiday. If we go back to Patagonia, we will definitely book through Tangol young happy staff again.
