Loved this experience! futbol is such a big part of argentinian culture, and I absolutely wanted to go, but wouldn't have felt comfortable navigating the crowds/police check points/general insanity without the help of a guide, at least for the first time.

We went to a Racing vs Temperley game while in Buenos Aires and our guide was Mateo. He was really helpful, collecting us in plenty of time, telling us about the history of the club and finding us some great seats. He was constantly making sure we were OK and made it a great day out. His passion for Racing and for football was clear and really helped us to enjoy the experience. Thanks Mateo!

I am an incredibly well traveled person who generally does everything on her own....but after several bad attempts at going to a football in Argentina I decided to put myself in the hands of a tour agency to help me follow my team (URUGUAY!) during the Copa America 2011. I chose Tangol because they speak english but are all passionate locals (which is the way I like to travel), and they delivered all I could've ever dreamed of and more - including seats so close to the field I could almost reach out to touch the players!! They took me to the Uruguay-Mexico game in La Plata - with an excellent guide who got everyone pumped-up for the game on the way there, swiftly brought us to some unbelievable seating location and drove us back safely to the door of our hotel at the end of the night. I was so pleased with the service I went to the next game Uruguay-Argentina in Santa Fe and took care of everything. At this point they were my good luck charm, and just had to go to the final with them where we played against Paraguay in the River Plate Stadium! It was absolute chaos all around the stadium and was SO impressed by how they knew exactly how to avoid getting lost in the madness (they clearly have been doing this for so long they had special contacts helping us get through the back door!). Surely enough...WE WON THE COPA AMERICA!!! Despite being Argentines, TANGOL CELEBRATED WITH ME LIKE IT WAS THEIR OWN TEAM AND MADE ME HAVE THE TIME OF MY LIFE!! Can't wait for the next Copa America and look forward to using them again :)

We had a brilliant experience with Tangol! Everything was really smooth and easy, to the point where I felt like a local fan. The game at La Bombonera was intense! If I was back in Buenos Aires, I would definitely use Tangol to get my tickets again to watch some of the other great teams San Lorenzo, Racing or Independiente. So much football!! Fantastic agency with a guarantee of providing a unique footballing experience.

What can I say about Tangol? These guys know good customer service. One of the items on my bucket list was to see the Argentina Superclásico between Boca Juniors and River Plate. The game itself was unforgettable, and our guide, Santiago, was the best guide you could ask for. It was like walking into a game with that guy in the stands who everybody knows and respects. You could tell Santiago wasn't just a guide, he was a fan and a regular. He made sure we stayed safe and had the time of our lives at this match. Thank you so much Santiago, Mateo, and Tangol for an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life!!

Tangol, were very helpful in getting me a ticket to this match in particular Mateo. I had trouble with the payment and he took the trouble to actually call me (in England) from Argentina to resolve the problem. The match itself was a truly amazing experience and a must for any football fan visiting Argentina. If you're not lucky enough to witness the 'SuperClassico' a visit to see either River Plate or Boca Juniors is well worth it. The game I saw was at River Plate, but I will return next year for the same fixture, but this time at La Bombonera, Boca! I would highly recommend Tangol.

We went to watch Racing last night and Mateo was our guide. We had an amazing experience!! Mateo was a wonderful guide. He was extremely professional and informative. On the bus, Mateo gave us all the safety information we needed to know. We felt safe the whole time (for getting into and leaving the stadium could get a bit seedy) under Mateo's attentiveness. He was also extremely friendly and answered all our questions with passion for he was a massive Racing fan himself!!! Although the game itself was an unforgettable experience (which I highly recommend if you're visiting BA), our experience wouldn't have been the same without Mateo as our guide.

Wether you are a fierce footbal fan or just like to casually watch a game now and then ...well, you shouldn't miss out on a football tour with Tangol! It's a great experience, since Argentina is a very passionate country when it comes to football. Actually feeling the atmosphere, seeing the joy in every "porteño" - a m a z i n g !! Definately a must if you visit Buenos Aires and Argentina!!!
