About this tour
We will depart early in the morning from our selected hotels in the city of Mendoza to head towards the south of the province, while we see the Impressive landscapes of the Uco Valley, with its deserts, bodies of water, and vestiges of the passage of time.
The first stop is at the Los Nihuiles Hydroelectric Complex. Here, visitors have the opportunity to learn more about technological advances and the importance of hydroelectric energy in the region. The Complex is made up of the El Nihuil Dam and Reservoir, and this is an ideal place for the lovers of fishing and water sports.
After visiting the complex, the tour continues to the Atuel Canyon. This impressive natural landscape, with its rock formations and vibrant colors, offers a unique visual experience. We will marvel at the incredible natural sculptures that are created in the canyon walls, such as The Hanging Gardens or The Rivadavia Chair. Passengers have time to explore, learn about and take photos of the place.
Finally we will go to the city of San Rafael, where we can perform a walk to see the city and then we will be returning to our selected hotels in Mendoza.
