A palette of exotic fruits unique to Colombia will captivate you: from the vibrant lulo to the intriguing chontaduro, and the refreshing nectar of freshly squeezed sugarcane. Each bite and sip will be a journey that will immerse you in the most authentic essence of the local cuisine.
You will discover the freshest and most authentic ingredients that give life to Cali cuisine. We will visit the Jairo Varela Plaza where we can find iconic fishmongers that, full of stories and flavors, will transport us to the Colombian Pacific.
