Für unsere erste internationale Familienreise war das Babel ein Volltreffer. Von Balcarce 946 liefen wir in wenigen Minuten zur Plaza de Mayo, zur Catedral und ans Puerto Madero; die Lage spart wirklich Taxis. Unser Zimmer blickte über die Dächer von San Telmo bis zur Kuppel der Iglesia de San Pedro González Telmo – morgens mit Mate und erstaunlich wenig Verkehr. Wir hatten riesigen Spaß!
Après une année à bosser comme des fous, Babel nous a offert une vraie pause. Installé au 946 Balcarce, on rejoint San Telmo, la Plaza de Mayo et Puerto Madero à pied, sans jouer les explorateurs avec Google Maps. La chambre était nickel, calme et confortable, avec un matelas moelleux et une douche bien chaude. Petit détail apprécié : les chaussons pliés près du lit. On est repartis reposés — miracle.
