At 11AM the experience begins at Bodega Fripp, located between Colonia del Sacramento and Carmelo. There, the owners will take a guided tour of the vineyards and the winery, as well as show us the production process of the wines, which they have maintained since the 1970s.
After the guided tour and the explanation of the production process from the vine to the wine, we will be invited to a tasting of a authentic traditional Uruguayan "picada" in the restaurant of the winery. There we can try homemade cheeses, bruschettas, stuffed eggs and bondiola.
Later on, we will taste four varieties of wines from their line, called Ilusión. The wines to be tested will be: White Chardonnay-Viognier, Cabernet Franc/Marselan, Tannat-Merlot, Tannat Reserva.
At 3PM the tour ends at the door of the Fripp Winery (the experience does not include transfers from or to the hotels).
