Brazil is a gigantic country, composed of several ecosystems. To find out the best time of year to visit your country we first need to look at your interest. To help, let`s divide the country into 5 major regions.
- Northeast. Sun and beach destinations like Salvador, Recife, Fortaleza, Maceió and São Luis. The best time to visit the region is from August to March, the period with the lowest rainfall.
- Pantanal. Destinations such as Miranda, Bonito, North Pantanal and South Pantanal. Unlike other regions, the Pantanal can be visited throughout the year. In the dry season (May - September) it is possible to see more animals circulating. Already in the rainy season (January to March) the landscape changes, large lakes complete the ecosystem.
- Southeast. Destinations like Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. The best time to visit is from January to May.
- South. Destinations with Iguazu Falls. The best time to know the region is in the rainy season. The rivers are fuller, and the waterfalls are more beautiful.
- Amazon. Destinations like Manaus. It is best to avoid the region`s rainy season and get to know destinations between May and June.
