The intense turquoise colour of the waters surrounded by salt formations makes this place one of the most visually stunning. We continue to the Cordillera de la Sal, which was formed millions of years ago and has a great variety of natural sculptures, different types of stratification and colours due to the mineral diversity of the place. Finally, we head to the Valle de la Muerte Viewpoint, from where we can observe the strange formations where rocky natural sculptures and sand dunes abound. This place is also a clear example of how arid the Atacama Desert can be, since no plants grow here, which is why it has been classified as the most inhospitable place on the planet. Return to the hotel at 18:00 hs. Includes lunch.
