We will leave to pick you up from 6.30 am for your hotel
downtown Salta. We will continue along Highway 34 towards the Province of
Jujuy. Throughout the tour, we will be accompanied by a professional guide
that will provide the best information and help to each one.
Then, we will stop to appreciate the Yungas landscape from the
viewpoint of León and we will enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Then we will continue the tour through the Quebrada de Humahuaca, where
we will see the mutation of nature as we gain height. we will pass the
town of Purmamarca to ascend the Cuesta de Lipán, reaching 4,170
masl, to reach the impressive Salinas Grandes.
After remaining and
enjoy this wonderful place, we will begin the descent again through the
Cuesta de Lipán, where we will have an impressive landscape of the entire slope. Later
After this journey we will arrive at Purmamarca, located at the foot of the famous Cerro
of the Seven Colors.
At lunchtime, we will taste typical dishes of the region in
a quaint restaurant in the village.
We will walk through the town and its craft market, who
wish they can go with the guide to do a little trekking along the Paseo de Los
Colorados. Then, we will get going again and return to Salta
around 8:00 p.m.
