We will leave from our selected hotels early in the morning, to go to the Salar del Talar where Piedras Rojas is located. Here we will make a stop where we can have breakfast and observe the landscape.
We will follow our way to the Miñique and Miscanti Lagoon, doing a small trekking to appreciate the beautiful landscape at 4320 meters above sea level. Then, we will go to the picturesque village of Socaire, where we will be able to see its characteristic houses without windows and its old church.
We will continue our visit by the National Reserve Laguna Chaxa, to know the famous Salar de Atacama, the highlight of our trip! Here we will have time to explore the salt flat and enjoy our lunch.
The last stop will be in the town of Toconao, known as an oasis for the purity of its water. It is a traditional village of the area built entirely of liparita stone, allowing to keep the interior of the homes fresh.
After the visit we will be returning to our selected hotels at approximately 5 PM.
