We will pick you up at the hotel to start our Food Tour in
Miraflores. This gastronomic adventure begins with our first stop at a local
restaurant to taste Peruvian first courses as “Papa a la Huancaína” and “Ocopa”.
Boiled and soft potatoes covered with traditional sauces of yellow chili with
cheese, and peanut.
The tour continues to our second stop, and eat one of the
main dishes in Peru: Ceviche. Raw
fish cooked with lemon juice, with Peruvian corn, sweet potato and onions. This
delicious Peruvian food is one of
the most exquisite dishes, and is perfect for marine food lovers.
We will go to a local market to learn about exotic fruits
and taste new flavors, and admire the big variety of fresh products around. We
will enjoy a nice Lucuma smoothie, a

At the next stop, we will eat “Seco de Cordero”, a luscious lamb accompanied with beans and white
rice. Also, we will taste a delicious nonalcoholic drink called “Chicha Morada”, made with purple corn.
Finally, we will go to the museum of chocolate to eat this
delightful delicacy as dessert, and learn about the origin, the process and how
it is elaborated. Then, we will back to your hotel.
