We will meet at the iconic starting point, the Great White Statue in the Plaza del Camellón de los Mártires, at 10:00 AM. From there we will board the vehicle and head towards the vibrant atmosphere of the traditional Bazurto market.
Our tour will take you through busy hallways filled with a surprising variety of fruits, herbs, fresh fish and typical dishes that bring the color to life landscape of Bazurto. You will discover customs rooted in daily life, such as the use of totumas in delicious Caribbean soups. You will learn and receive advice onmedicinal plantsthat have been used for generations to cure diseases and illnesses of the body and soul.
