If the option selected is full day from Santiago, we will leave between 8 and 9 AM to travel towards the Pacific coast , crossing the valleys of Casablanca and Curacaví._
Our first visit begins in Viña del Mar, also known as "La Garden City ”thanks to the large number of parks and gardens that it has. We will make a stop at Quinta Vergara, where the palace of the same name is located; Palacio Carrasco, a heritage building of the twentieth century; and a Moai from Easter Island will be known. Then, we will continue towards the most important coastal edge of the central coast, and then get to know the famous flower clock of the city.
Then we will arrive at the city of Valparaíso, declared Cultural Patrimony of Humanity by Unesco. It is characterized by the presence of multicolored houses in the hills, parks and various national monuments. One of these attractions is the Sotomayor Square, an important civic square in the city, located on the banks of one of the main ports in Chile. Finally, at this point we will navigate through the bay of the port, from where we will fully appreciate the view of Valparaíso. In the afternoon we will return to our selected hotels in Santiago.
With the half-day option, we will leave at 10 AM from Viña del Mar or Valparaíso, to visit the main attractions of these cities.
We will start by visiting Valparaíso, where we will get to know Victoria Square, Sotomayor Square, and the Naval Glories Monument Paseo 21 de Mayo. Here we will go up to the viewpoint to appreciate the beauty of the port, one of the most important in the country. We will also take a walk along the hills, going up to different elevators created at the end of the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century.
In our way to Viña del Mar, we can get to know Pablo Neruda's house, "La Sebastiana" (the entrance is not included). Finally we will arrive at our Garden City, Viña del Mar. Here we will be able to know the Flower Clock, Casino of Games and Reñaca, where we will have free time for lunch (lunch not included) and to walk along the beach. After finishing our visit, we will get to know Quinta Vergara, a place famous for its International Song Festival and its demanding public.
