Highlights of Horse Ride And Fields Day

The horseback rides are one of the main attractions of the living culture of the Province of Buenos Aires. Tangol offers a unique experience of one or two days through some of the most representative towns of the Argentine pampa, located less than 100 km kilometers from the city of Buenos Aires, surrounded by fields and typical Pampas landscapes.

You can have an original gaucho experience, where you will learn about horse saddles and how to ride, and what are the typical customs and foods of the place. For this experience, Creole horses will be used, typical of South America, used in the Argentine Pampas for their strength and kindness.

The HORSE RIDING AND COUNTRY DAY tour also includes lunch with traditional dishes and full board for the two-day option, with drinks included.
To ensure that everyone can enjoy this adventure, they are trained horses are used, in addition to including medical insurance and an assistant for every four passengers.

Details of Day Tours

OPTION 1: FULL DAY TOUR: "Martín Fierro"

If you opt for the option with private transfer service, We will be happy to pick you up at your hotel at 8:30 a.m. Otherwise, we will meet at the designated place at 9:45 a.m.

The property is a simple and small place with a white gate, boxes for the horses and bathrooms available for visitors.

There passengers can go to the bathroom while the horses are already saddled waiting. At the starting point, we prepare for 20 minutes so that people can get on the horses and we explain how to handle them.

Then, we go out to the dirt road and We rode for at least two hours, enjoying the countryside, the cows, the birds and some mounted countrymen that we passed along the way. We arrived at an agricultural production field. There, at the field stand, a Creole lunch awaits us consisting of roast meats, sausages, salads, drinks and dessert. It is a simple workplace where we simply stop to have lunch and rest, (it is not a tourist stay).

After lunch and a well-deserved rest, we ride again. on horseback, since we have about 15 more minutes of travel left.

Upon arrival, we get off the horses, greet and say goodbye to the passengers.

OPTION 2: FULL DAY TOUR: "Santos Vega"

If you choose the option with private transfer, we will pick you up from your hotel at 8:30 a.m. Otherwise, we will be meeting at the property at 9:45 a.m., prepared for a day in which we will carry out a 4-hour horseback ride through village roads, quiet dirt roads between fields of crops and livestock.

To begin, we gave each one a muzzle with which he could grab his loose horse in the field, the first great demonstration of tameness . We take the horses to the palenques and show them how to saddle a horse in the style of the province of Buenos Aires, with some instructions we ride and give them a technical talk on handling with one rein, then we go out on the road.

We cross the town of Keen and take one of the dirt roads that will accompany us throughout the trip. During the tour we will talk and show you typical plants and birds of our province.
We make a round trip without passing through the same path twice. Always accompanied by a mounted guide and halfway or at the end (depending on time) we enjoy a light lunch with drinks (sandwiches, empanadas), and then continue the trip and arrive at the departure point approximately 3 p.m. div>Upon arrival we unsaddle and each rider takes his horse to the pastures and leaves it free to watch them enjoy themselves rolling around, drinking water or just going out frolicking.

On our trip we highlight as a common thread: the historical value of the Camino Real, the countryman, the traditions of the Province of Buenos Aires and THE CRIOLLO HORSE. We ride on tame and very well cared for Creole horses, saddled and groomed in the style of the Province we occupy. That is to say, it is not just a horseback ride, it is a trip to the past enjoying and learning details of the Province of Buenos Aires.
