Palacio Tango show in the Theater Tango Carlos Gardel is the best way to have an unforgettable night of tango music, dancing and passion.

The theater is located in one of the most emblematic places of downtown Buenos Aires: La Galería Guemes. The European architectural imprint of the late nineteenth century, with its marked Art Nouveau style, is preserved to this day and captivates all visitors.

-Argentine style meat and ham and mozzarella empanadas
-Cubes of grilled chicken, green leaves, bread croutons, crispy bacon, parmesan strips and caesar dressing.
-Organic smoked pumpkin soup with confited pears cream, Italian parmesan strips, focaccia and ciboulette.

Main courses
-Angus steak with rustic potatoes accompanied by two classic argentine sauces: chimichurry and criolla.
-Home made baked lasagna filed with ricotta and spinach, parmesan gratin, fileto sauce and touch of cream.
-Chicken pamplona with thin slice of crispy bacon, filled with assorted nuts, traditional mar del plata cheese, grill vegetables, polenta and pumpkin souffle in soft leeks sauce.
-Peruvian quinoa tabule on corn basket, grill vegetables, crispy lentils, pickles of purple onion and fennel sauce (vegan option).
-Seasonal fish with grill vegetables, bouchon potatoes and sesame perfume.

-Mascarpone parfait accompanied by dulce de leche sauce, crispy chocolate and nuts.
-White chocolate panna cotta with passion fruit heart and red Patagonic fruits

Details of Shows

7-7.45 pm: We’ll get your evening started by picking you up from your hotel in our comfy minibus, and from there we’ll head over to Palacio Tango.

8.30 pm: Upon sitting down for dinner, you’ll be presented with a variety of Argentine and international dishes to choose from the menu. You and your group will have your own table to give you a bit of intimacy in which to enjoy this three-course meal and, of course, some wine (optional). All drinks are included. 

From beef and chicken to pasta and salad, you’ll be able to try some of Argentina’s most famous delicacies (A section of the menu is listed below).

10:00pm: After dinner, we’ll get going with the show! The incredible precision and passion of the dancers and other artists is remarkable, and through this you’ll learn the story of the tango. 

11:30pm: The show finishes around 11:30, and we’ll then drop you back at your hotel to bring this spectacular evening to a close.

my husband and i went there and really loved the architecture and stylish building. the dancers were very good and the live music was all what i was expecting from a tango dinner night in buenos aires. Food very decent and the attention is fine. we suggest booking esquina carlos gardel if you have the chance to visit as one of the best things to do in argentina.

We absolutely LOVED our evening here. We booked in for the dinner and Tango show. The dinner was great - plenty of different options to try - and the bottomless red wine was delicious. Attentive service aimed to please at every turn. But that was just prep for the tango show... Wonderful music, dances, and costumes from different periods. Eight live musicians clearly having a lot of fun with each other and with their performance. Two strong soloists who played to the audience. And the dancers? Non-stop intensity and energy. Passion. Fun and humor. I think dance in general is so beautiful, and this exceeded all my expectations. This is a spot-on professional performance company on level with that in any big city in the United States. Don't miss it! My love to the team of Tangol for booking such an amazing tango experience! We gonna go back!

From the moment of arrival you can tell the staff have everything in order , we were shown very quickly to great seats , the waiter service was efficient , food very good for this kind of event , the orchestra and dancers fantastic , great setting , this is the BEST tango show in town that I have come across , would definitely recommend this one .

To see a show like this in a beautiful, classic building makes you wanna take tango lessons immediately! A very well organised event with good wining (very generous with the wine too!) and dining in a very nice ambiance. The dancers are highly experienced tango-dancers and the choreography was very varied. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off just in front of the building and after the show dropped off at the hotel again. Thank you Tangol, this was superb!!
