Details of Day Tours

You are already in this wonderful and magical island, today we will start our adventure leaving from our hotels to know the most attractive points of Castro and its surroundings, such as its Heritage Churches, Agricultural Market and crafts and stilt houses.

We will start our visit the Palafitos of Pedro Montt. The stilt houses are houses of wood and larch tiles that are located on a pier with thick piles. These houses have two fronts, one facing the street and the other facing the canal, which has an upper terrace that acts as a patio and a lower one that serves for fishing work.

We will continue our tour of the Mirador Millantuy, which will offer us one of the most beautiful views of the city of Castro, and then we will head towards the Castro Regional Museum. Here we can learn about more than 6,000 years of Chilote history.

We will also visit the Church of Castro, founded in 1567, and we will continue our way towards the Palafitos of Gamboa. Finally, we will head south to see the Church of Nercón, which is World Heritage

We will finish the tour but not before visiting the Artisan Market and then heading to our Hotels.

Your day will be full of local experiences and you will take away many memories.

We are waiting for you.
