AFTERNOON IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH DINNER SHOW:
• Reception: welcome with mate, fried cakes and carretero coffee.
• Sheep herding with dogs and shearing demonstration.
• Visit to the Old Shearing Shed + Walk along the “Arroyo Calafate” path with an interpretation of flora. Mulled wine at Mirador del Arroyo with a tasting of lamb confit.
• Tour of the organic garden and first constructions of the Ranch. Local artisan weavers show us the spinning and weaving process.
• Recognition video projection to pioneer families.
• Folkloric Show by local artists (tour of the typical dances of the country ).
• Dinner at “El Quincho” Restaurant: Welcome drink, Starter, Main Course and Dessert.
• Pick-up: 4:30 p.m./Drop off: 10 p.m.
