Starting at 7 am, if you selected the option with transfers, we will pick you up at your hotel and We will travel in a comfortable bus to Puerto de Punta Bandera, located 47 km from El Calafate.
At 09:00 am we will be on an incredible boat to start the navigation through the North Arm of Lake Argentino. We cross the Devil`s Mouth towards Upsala Channel and to navigate between the large icebergs that break off from the front of the Uppsala Glacier.
Then we enter the Spegazzini Channel and moments later we will have the first view of the Dry Glacier. We continue navigating to the front of the Spegazzini Glacier where we will also contemplate the Heim Sur and Peineta glaciers.
During navigation, our captain will make stops so that we can observe the ice blocks from all angles and take the best photos.
Our disembarkation point will be The Spegazzini Base to begin the visit to the area by walking through the path from the forest to the Spegazzini Shelter. This 300-meter path is accessible and as we walk along it we stop at stations and viewpoints with views of the entire Glacier Bay. During the walk we will stop at different stations (Glaciology - History - Fauna and Flora) and we will have access to viewpoints.
The path is accessible and does not represent complexity since it is done on firm ground.
Once at the Refuge, visitors can enjoy the gastronomy, the shop and an incredible panoramic view both from its rooms and from the outside (Deck Terrace). There will be time to have your own lunch or buy food.

We also have a option for those who like to walk as they can take the mountain trail. This tour is a medium difficulty trekking through a wooded path, with natural viewpoints, full of incredible views that ends at the disembarkation point.
Once back on the boat, we will carry out the second part of the navigation.
Around 4:00 p.m. we arrived at Punta Bandera.
If you selected the option with transfer, at approximately 4:00 p.m. we will be back to El Calafate.
