The tour begins with the pick-up of the passengers from their hotel in El Calafate. In the event that they are not staying in an authorized hotel (airbnb, private house), the meeting point will be at the ACA Parking Beach or at the roundabout of the Secretary of Tourism.
We will leave the city in a 4x4 heading south. After a rrun of 3 km, we will reach the starting point of the 3 hour trekking.
Always sheltered from the wind, we will cross canyons and streams to enjoy unexplored landscapes of Patagonia: thus we will spot a large number of birds, trout, river and flora characteristic of the steppe, but also marine fossils preserved in geological formations icas, testing the evolution of the environment over the centuries.
The trekking will culminate after 7 km in the Estancia Section, 800 meters above sea level, where we will share a full lunch.
The tour will end with the return to the passengers` hotels in El Calafate.
