Our tour begins at 08:30 am with the pick-up from the central hotels b> from the city of El Calafate to go to the foot of the Andes Mountains and there, begin to climb the mountain path of Cerro Frías b>. This is located on the property of Estancia Alice, 23 kilometers from the city center and where we can observe local flora and fauna. We will do this with Land Rover Defender vans, specially prepared and adapted to provide safety and comfort on the excursion.
As we ascend, we will get an incredible panoramic view of the area and for example, we will observe the immensity of Lake Argentino. We will arrive at the first viewpoint, located 450 meters above sea level, from where we will see the Centinela River.

Our second stop is at 1030 meters and allows us to visualize the Torres del Paine, Lake Roca, the Cadena de Cristales, the Canal de los Témpanos, the Rico Sur branches of Lake Argentino and the northern arm of the same lake. If we have a day with clear skies, we can see the Andes Mountains and Cerro Fitz Roy.
Once we reach the highest part of the route, our descent from the native lenga forest will begin along the southern slope of the Hill until you reach the ranch`s barbecue area. In this space, we will have time to enjoy the facilities and relax as well as, they will give us our space to eat, be it the food, the snack or dinner depending on the option chosen.
Finally, after these hours, we will return to the city center and drop you off at your central hotel.
